Since the purchase of the first house in 1995, the company’s portfolio of properties has grown exponentially. The owners have more than 30 years of combined experience in the real estate investment business and are dedicated to building communities, one house at a time. After identifying and purchasing prime investment properties in emerging neighborhoods, we renovate, rent, and manage them. Working with an in-house construction crew, rehab plans are developed within strict budgets designed to maximize profit and safety. Renovations are usually completed within 8-10 weeks.
